The 3 ‘in-house’ visits were the most valuable – seeing the lessons done in the classroom, then immediately talking about them helped more than anything else. …it also built a comfort level with colleagues that I did not have before. |
Collaborative Classroom Visits:
How can you tell if changes you're making in your classroom are having a positive impact on your students?

Coaching and Leadership:
How can you support informal and formal science leaders in your district?

I want to thank you for your continued support and wisdom through the last few years. I definitely have stepped out of my comfort zone when it came to taking on this role, but it was an experience that made me grow as a person and teacher. |
We used what we learned in the Administrators' Workshop to calibrate what effective instruction looks like in our science classrooms. Our Admin Team had a better idea of phenomena-based instruction and it's used to support the 3-dimensional instruction. More specifically, after attending your workshop, our administrators felt they could provide quality feedback to teachers with efficacy. We also regularly conducted walkthroughs to align our thinking and expectations. |

I'm so grateful for your time and expertise today...I learn something each time about how to meet teachers where they are, and still be able to move forward productively. Thank you.
